Job Summary | The Sr. Prospect Management Analyst applies their strong data, business intelligence and prospect research skills to coach fundraising staff to be able to maximize their productivity. Representative Job Duties | Some of the duties for this position include: Lead regular meetings with individual fundraisers to review prospect data, identify opportunities to advance cultivation, assess performance on overall goals, and progress within individual prospect portfolios. Guide individual fundraisers and development staff by providing recommendations for potential major donors for cultivation and solicitation. Analyze data to help drive prospect discovery and prioritize the top prospective donors for qualification by development staff. Create lists on an ad-hoc basis as requested by prospect development team members or fundraising partner to support fundraising initiatives by incorporating the use of database segmentation analysis, external resources, electronic screenings, and peer-review/focus group results. Assist in managing pipeline and goal reporting for the campaign and ensure progress toward annual goals is documented and continually updated for major, principal, and capital fundraising outcomes in close collaboration with fundraising staff. Collaborate with various teams across the division to gather input for refining prospect portfolios. Contribute to the division's focus on improving fundraising performance through effective portfolio optimization. Job Description: Waypoint seeks a qualified, motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Geospatial Associate -Sales and Order Fulfillment Specialist. This position is integral to the company's growth and presents a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and product lines.
The successful candidate will coordinate sale orders and fulfillment with our sales team and clients. Additionally, this individual will maintain client registrations for hardware warranty and software maintenance and coordinate proactive outreach to our clients regarding renewals and similar opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the fulfillment of client sales and e-commerce orders.
• Respond to incoming customer sales inquiries via phone, email, and the Waypoint website.
• Update and maintain Waypoint’s product registration system database and communicate with clients regarding hardware warranty and software maintenance expiration dates.
• Identify and coordinate new warranty and software sales opportunities with Waypoint sales consultants and clients.
Qualifications:
• College degree, preferably a bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related position and field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: The starting pay rate for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, there is the opportunity to earn additional compensation during the year based on overtime and performance.
In addition, the following employee benefits would be offered:
• 15 paid vacation days in the first year of employment, increasing to 20 days per year after five years.
• 40 hours of paid sick time per year.

About EMPAC | Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center “The concert hall of the 21st century has arrived. But in addition, the huge building, laid out on a hillside, houses a 400-seat theater with comparable versatility; two black-box studios, one geared more toward sound, the other toward sight; and space for rehearsals and other uses. And for their electronic and data needs, all these components have access to one of the world’s biggest supercomputers.” The New York Times (10/08/2008) At the Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Institute), the arts, sciences, and technology meet under one roof in four exceptional venues. This incredible 220,000 square foot building, designed by London-based Grimshaw Architects, opened in 2008 and is an unmatched model of acoustics, infrastructure, and architectural engineering with state-of-the-art performing arts infrastructure and architectural engineering. EMPAC’s concert hall features 1,165 seats with the ability to sculpt the acoustical soundscape for musical performances and equipment for screens, projections, and staging elements. The Goodman Studio/Theater and Studio 2 are versatile spaces that can be used to create immersive experiences utilizing both projection and sound technology. EMPAC’s theater features computer-controlled rigging, a sixty-foot fly tower, and advanced recording audio and video recording technology. Beyond the four core venues, EMPAC houses residency studios, research offices, green room, soloists/conductor suites, changing rooms, and the main lobby level, as well as café and mezzanine levels, which are often used by students as studying and meeting spaces. EMPAC currently commissions, presents, and researches interdisciplinary time-based visual art and the entire range of performing arts genres. Job Summary | The Executive Director of EMPAC will guide and deliver on its mission and vision as a global center at the intersection of the arts, science, and technology. They will be accountable for a strategic direction, business model, and adaptive change that are in alignment with the Institute’s Rensselaer Forward plan, including the goal to create the most welcoming and inclusive community possible for faculty, staff, students, and the external community EMPAC serves. The Executive Director will maintain a presence both on and off campus by actively participating in the community and establishing international visibility at relevant conferences and other events that increase exposure and access to artists that could curate, produce, or be presented by EMPAC. These activities are focused on preserving an integrated interdisciplinary pedagogical approach to research, programs, and campus events that inspire active participation by faculty and students in and attendance at EMPAC. The Executive Director will partner with each of the School Deans and Institute Administration to coordinate student learning outcomes, activating EMPAC as a hub for student learning on campus. They will oversee, inspire, and collaborate with a dedicated staff while investing in them and securing the resources that ensure EMPAC remains at the forefront of technological advancements. In collaboration with Institute Advancement and the President, the Executive Director will establish and maintain a portfolio of donor relationships that support the capital and operating needs of EMPAC, including its facilities, programs, and research. Additionally, the Executive Director will spearhead plans with the Office of Community Engagement and Communications to engage with local and regional organizations, as well as too raise the unique profiles of both EMPAC and the Institute in the region and on national and international levels. EMPAC’s core annual operating budget in fiscal 2024 is $4.6 million with additional expenses embedded in the Institute’s operational structure, and it has approximately 40 full-time staff. Qualifications | Qualifications The successful candidate will have a minimum of a master’s degree, or equivalent experience, and 8-10 years of senior management expertise in commissioning, promoting, programming, producing, and/or presenting contemporary music, theater, dance, multi-media, or other experimental creative industry initiatives. A comprehensive understanding of associated production, capacity utilization (both venue and staff), audience development, and venue management is important. Although experience in an academic environment is helpful, those with demonstrable results in nonprofit or corporate structures are welcome to pursue this unique opportunity. Exceptional relationship management, donor cultivation, and creative industries expertise with leading producers and artists at the national and international level is preferred. The capacity to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends is required in best serving the needs of numerous stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications | Applicants must possess an MFA, PhD, or foreign equivalent in Game Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a closely related field. They will demonstrate proficiency in one or more game engines, along with a robust background in project management and production processes within the gaming industry. Additionally, candidates must exhibit a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. For appointment at the rank of Senior Lecturer, candidates must also have attained a significant level of scholarly activity, research output, or individual creative practice. A Professor of Practice has obtained unique professional experience, has distinguished research, and/or has performed at an executive or officer level, and has made a significant impact within the field of games. Job Description:
Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University at Albany seeks applicants for a Computer Deployment Specialist to support a campus-wide project to replace all non-Windows 11 compatible computers by Fall 2025. This is a large project with a tight timeline. Faculty, staff, conference room, classroom, and research lab computers will be replaced.
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Field Support (FSG) Deployment Group, which will work as a specialized team to deploy all new computers quickly and efficiently. The FSG Deployment Group will support the preparation and deployment/installation of new computers, including installing software, setting up peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and removing and securely disposing of old computers. The FSG Deployment Group will deploy computers across three campus locations as appointments and rooms are scheduled with faculty and staff.
This position reports to the FSG Deployment Group Supervisor. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under challenging circumstances. They must also be able to complete work within scheduled time constraints. Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications is required. The candidate must also be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
The successful candidate must be able to anticipate and support customers with a wide range of technological expertise. This work requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to follow pre-defined processes and workflows to ensure standardization, and the ability to balance both the technical and basic functional expectations of the position.
Primary responsibilities:
As a member of the FSG Deployment Group, follow and assist with pre-defined processes and workflows as assigned, including:
- Activities to support new computer deliveries and maintenance of storage and work areas.
- Configure computers and run OS deployment.
- Accurately update machine and person data in Active Directory and the appropriate inventory, reporting, project, and management tools.
- Prepare computers for daily delivery and deployment to designated offices, classrooms, conference rooms, or designated staging areas.
- Deploy and set up new computers in faculty and staff offices, conference rooms, classrooms, and research labs.
- Install titles from the Software Catalog or Software Portfolio on faculty or staff computers.
- Install peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)-may require installing drivers or adding to a printer queue.
- Resolve or report for further action any remaining questions or issues as requested by a customer or noted during computer setup.
- Remove old computers by returning them to the designated location and prepare them for secure disposal.
- Complete work within scheduled time constraints and maintain a good working schedule that allows work and daily responsibilities to be completed as scheduled.

- Receive, assist, diagnose, document, and resolve incidents, service requests, or assigned project tasks in faculty/staff offices, classrooms, conference rooms, and research labs located across three campuses using a variety of modes of support (including conferencing tools, in person, or both) following all prescribed workflows and pre-defined processes.

Supervisor: Chief Information Officer
Position Purpose:Manages the Client Services and Learning Environments team, handling both personnel and financial aspects. Leads support for students, faculty, and staff by evaluating technical issues and collaborating with ITS (Information Technology Services) peers to implement effective solutions. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in a service-oriented technology environment, and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience. - Proficient in Windows and Apple client hardware and operating systems.

Job Summary | The Broadcast Engineer designs, installs, operates, maintains and repairs all types of audiovisual and broadcasting equipment and provides operational support for live events. The Broadcast Engineer also trains members of the Media Operations team on the correct use and troubleshooting of equipment. |

We are seeking a high energy, motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor in our Coxsackie, NY Distribution Center.
The primary duties of the Night Shift Supervisor will strive to achieve the production and
distribution objectives of the company using supervisory methods and coaching techniques. Is
responsible for warehouse training, developing warehouse personnel to ensure accurate, on
time, and damage free movement of product shipped out of the warehouse. Will help build a
team environment of well-trained employees. Employ excellent communication skills to facilitate
completion of night shift job duties. Follow and promote the accepted safety practices to
maintain a safe working environment. Emphasis will be placed on proper truck loading and
breakage and damaged product control ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Position will also learn the processes and serve as a back up to the night managers in the areas
of shift production set up; understanding how to and executing on waving, label creation, job
assignment, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed to ensure successful night shift
work completion in the absence of the night shift Manager.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
• Must be able to multi-task and stay on top of highly complex processes with a large
amount of data.
• Must be able to maintain composure and stay focused in times of stress.
• Must be able to recognize problems at an early stage and be able to communicate and
trouble shoot to resolve the problems.
• Must possess good communication skills to keep night management fully apprised of
situations that arise. When necessary, will need to contact technical support to resolve

• Supervises warehouse union employees. Working knowledge and a thorough
understanding of the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract is required.

accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are
not limited to training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; recognizing,

The primary responsibility of the POS Warehouse Associate is to receive, warehouse, distribute and manage POS materials, samples and will-calls. Help Merchandiser in the construction and installation of custom displays. Clean and organize POS warehouse, shop (area where custom displays are constructed) and rebate/shelf talker area.
Manage POS Materials
- Employee handles the receiving of all POS.
- Break down, divide, and organize POS.
- Put away all POS in its designated location of the warehouse.
- Continuously condense POS to make room for new POS.
- Discard expired POS as directed by supervisor.
- Update inventory of all POS on the Data Report and POS System (min 3 times per week)
- Distribute POS to sales reps and Managers or prepare for delivery to accounts as requested. (Place in cubbies or as directed)
- Manage rebates and shelf talkers. Clean and organize this section of the warehouse making sure expiration dates are clearly marked on rebate boxes and expired ones are discarded.
Manage Samples and Will-calls
- Receive and check in samples and will-calls from warehouse or transfer truck.
- Lock up all product in the designated secured area of the warehouse.
- Distribute to the sales reps and managers with proper documentation. (Printed name and signature from recipients as the sample policy states)
Merchandising Responsibilities
- Install both special displays and stock POS by working with merchandisers, customers, and sales management on the coordination of timing and location of displays.
- Daily monitoring of POS System to check for ordered displays awaiting installation.
- Input completed displays into the POS system in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations including company vans (maintenance) and work area.
Safety Protocol
- Perform daily safety checks on all equipment before use, confirming accordance with specific equipment requirements and maintain these records for 30 days.
- Maintain safety certification on all machinery used on the job. (Forklifts, pallet jacks and cardboard compactor)
- Wear all safety devices required (safety harness, vest and safety shoes)
General Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute incoming packages (FedEx and UPS) to designated recipients.
- Set up and break down salesroom for meetings.
- Help Merchandisers in the construction of custom display pieces.
- Assist in the installation of custom displays when needed.
- Assemble stock POS for distribution (display racks and mass pieces)
- Run deliveries when needed.
Housekeeping/Cleaning
- Clean POS Warehouse (sweep floors and pickup any loose plastic wrap or debris on floor and pallets)
- Clean and organize rebate and shelf talker area of the warehouse.
- Dispose of garbage and expired POS into dumpster.
- Clear and salt walkways at office when needed.
